Upgrade and Missing Articles
Schooltechnician.co.uk recently upgraded to the newest version of the Mambo Content Management System. Unfortuately the upgrade has resulted in links from search engines not working correctly
The articles have not been deleted from the database, it is simply a case that the website can’t translate the names correctly – and subsequently can’t find the page. Please use the menu links on the left hand side of the page and browse for the article.
One Year Old this Month.
Schooltechinician.co.uk is now officially 1 year old. The site has had its ups and downs, mainly because I broke something and had to fix it, but dispite these little set backs the site is largely a success.
Windows XP Service Pack 2 (updated)
Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 will shortly be available to the general public, but is it going to be worth the hassle of installing it?
What was broke, is easy to fix…
Well that was what I thought at the time. I have spend at least 2 days fixing my webserver after I broke it by running a few updates. I don’t know what went wrong, but it did and it stuffed the whole thing up – causing me grief in the process.
Welcome to Schooltechnician.co.uk
Schooltechnician was originally conceived as being a portal and exchange point for technicians who work with ICT in the UK schools. It has been over 4 years since the domain was first registered and there have been the occasional attempts to put something meaningful together.
